Mashed Potato... 《马铃薯泥》
制作:
1. 首先马铃薯洗清洁去皮后切成小块,放入锅加点盐煮熟(水的分量,多过马铃薯就可以了)
2. 把水倒掉,马铃薯出锅(马铃薯不够嫩还要煮到很嫩噢),用勺子压成泥(家里有压挤器那就方便多了), 放入适量黄油,牛奶不停的搅拌,成细腻的糊状 。(不够细,可以用筛网,穿网而出的泥便非常細)
3. 另起锅,倒入少许清水,鸡精,加黑胡椒粉调味,maggi seasoning,最后倒入水淀粉勾芡,煮热就可以了。(不用放任和盐,味精)
ps: 我加了胡羅卜在马铃薯泥里
可以加玉米或蔬菜粒。。>.<
